Active Listings:
Single Family Homes: 737
Condominiums: 1,223
Vacant Lots: 416

All Property Types:
New listings on the market: 214, 19.2% fewer than in June
Properties pending: 73, 5.8% more than June.
Total pending properties: 214.
Closed properties: 94
Total sold volume: $45.6M

Single Family Homes:
Closed in July: 46
Average sale price: $555K up 7.9% from June
Median sale price: $332K down 7.6% from June

Condominiums:
Closed in July: 41
Average sale price: $419K down 1.66% from June
Median sale price: $300K down 2.9% from June

Vacant Lots:
Closed in July: 6
Average sale price: $478K down 21% from June
Median sale price: $600K up 70% from June

Foreclosures:
Single family homes in foreclosure under $650K
Single family homes in foreclosure over $650K
Condos in foreclosure under $400K
Condos in foreclosure over $400K
